I am a PhD student in Cultural Anthropology at Duke University. As an artist-researcher, my interests lie at the intersection of autoimmunity, holistic healing, and the embodied experience of chronicity and pain.

My undergraduate thesis is a graphic ethnography that articulates experiences and experiments with contested healing modalities for Ankylosing Spondylitis. I am a former member of the Feminist Technoscience Governance Collaboratory (FTGC), led by Professor Jacquelyne Luce, which fosters engaged research through collective and collaborative feminist and queer methodologies. Recent FTGC work is part of a collective monograph, Synthetic Becoming (2022), and accompanying exhibit featuring my art.
